With his perfectionist approach, Chef Arturo Granato is a master of achieving optimum flavour with his meticulously prepared dishes.
Beautiful ingredients that pack a punch are carefully balanced to make every mouthful a journey, from classics like piglet, bass or monkfish to innovations like Rum & Cola Duck Royal. A menu that will surprise and delight in equal measure.
*Wines based on the sommeliers selection. Each menu has been paired specifically and cannot change. The wine menu is simply for those who do not wish to have the wine pairing option or for those who wish to add extra wines to their event, for example champagne.
