One of the most exciting chefs to emerge from the Modern Indian culinary tradition, Jitin Joshi has led kitchens from Armani/Amal, at Burj Khalifa, and The Taj Hotel in Dubai to the MICHELIN-starred Benares and Gymkhana, two restaurants that have redefined fine Indian cooking.
But with a training in French classical cooking, as Head Pastry Chef under Jason Atherton, at Gordon Ramsay’s MICHELIN-starred Maze, Joshi defies categorisation, bringing another dimension of precision to his menus.
